Dr. Gavali is an accomplished academician, researcher, and administrator with over 22 years of teaching experience in Computer Engineering and Information Technology. She currently serves as the Head of the IT Department, Project Coordinator, and IQAC & NAAC Head.
She is a reviewer for National and International Conferences, including IEEE Conferences, and a member of the Syllabus Design Committee for Computer Science Programs at Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). Dr. Gavali has delivered guest lectures at various engineering institutions, served as a Session Chair at International Conferences, organized international conferences, and contributed as a NAAC Expert for Mock Visits.
As an ISO Certified Trainer, she remains actively involved in academic quality enhancement, research, and professional development through participation in more than 50 FDP/STTPs and the organization of over 10 FDP/STTPs. Her dedication to academic excellence, research, innovation, and quality education continues to inspire and guide TheDimma in its mission to empower learners and shape future-ready professionals.
